(Original Caption) Raoul Capablanca, Cuban "chess wizard," Champion of the World, and author of numerous books on chess, is seen in this photo playing twenty five opponents at one time in the Chess Club of Cuba. Senor Capablanca was on his way to Russia to compete in the International Chess Tournament. He was to go on as the official representative of the Cuban government and as a delegate form the Union Club of Havana, the letter organization paying his expenses.
